Meet The Team

Danielle Adkins

Managing Director

Danielle Adkins is the Managing Director of Archway Title, LLC, where she leads the company with a strong focus on operational excellence and client service. In her role, Danielle oversees all daily operations, ensuring strict compliance, quality control, and seamless closing processes. She provides strategic leadership through staff training and development, fosters strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Danielle is committed to delivering smooth, secure, and reliable real estate closings.

In addition, Danielle is a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee and Mississippi specializing in the buying and selling needs of first-time home buyers, sellers, and investors.  She is also a licensed Limited Residential Contractor. 

Danielle is a graduate of the University of Memphis where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Business Administration concentrating in Entrepreneurship.  A Mississippi native, Danielle has lived in the Memphis area since graduating from college in 2006. Danielle has earned the following certifications: Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.  Educating our young people is critical to advancing the community and empowering the next generation to become leaders and building generational wealth.  Danielle is passionate about exposing the youth to financial literacy, business development, and community service. 

Danielle is a wife and mother of two boys.  She helps with community groups and the youth department at her church.  She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Imani Bruce

Associate Attorney

Imani Bruce, J.D., is an Associate Attorney at Bruce Law, PLLC in Memphis, where she oversees real estate title operations, drafts estate planning instruments, and advises clients on business formation and governance. Her practice supports individuals, families, and small business owners in preserving assets and building sustainable financial foundations.

Before entering legal practice, Imani built a strong analytical and operational skillset through her work in supply chain management and operations consulting, where she developed data-driven process improvements and workflow optimization strategies across corporate and legal environments.

Imani earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as Lead Defense Counsel for the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Travel Team, Marketing Director for the Student Bar Association, and PR & Marketing Coordinator for the Black Law Students Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

T. Kevin Bruce

Associate Attorney

T. Kevin Bruce is a member of the law firm Bruce Law, PLLC.  Mr. Bruce’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, business and commercial transactions, public finance, general business law and estate planning.  Before founding Bruce Law, PLLC, Mr. Bruce was a partner at Farris Bobango Branan, PLC.  Prior to that, Mr. Bruce was the founder and the Chief Executive Manager of Bruce, Norris & Bass, P.L.L.C.  Before then, Mr. Bruce was employed by the law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, P.L.L.C., where his practice was concentrated in the areas listed above, with emphases on securities law and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the banking industry.  Mr. Bruce also served in the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., where he regulated various types of securities (e.g., stocks and bonds) transactions, as well as participated in law-making and interpreting.

Mr. Bruce has participated in several legal professional organizations, including the National Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the H.T. Lockard Foundation, Inc.  To that end, he has served as President of the Ben F. Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association and on the Board of Governors of the National Bar Association. 

Mr. has been active in a number of other professional, civic and community organizations, including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers – Memphis (“NAREB”), the Midsouth Minority Business Continuum, the National Black MBA Association, the National Association of Black Accountants, The Memphis Challenge and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., among others.  In addition to conducting a number of continuing legal education and other seminars, Mr. Bruce has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis, teaching courses entitled “Real Estate Practices” and “Business Associations”.  Mr. Bruce has been involved with the management of several financial institutions, including the Postal Employees Credit Union and the Imani Federal Credit Union, which he helped create and for which he served as the first chairperson.

Mr. Bruce earned his BBA degree in Finance, with magna cum laude distinction, from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis).  He then earned both his Juris Doctorate (JD) and his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Bruce is married to Pamela Bruce.  They have three children:  Imani, Akin and Jakobi.
